1. Returns Policy

1.1. Deally Service provides prompt transfer of digital (virtual) products (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) to the Buyer to the e-mail specified by the Buyer and to the Buyer's account on the Service after their payment by the latter.

1.2. The Buyer understands and agrees that certain categories of Goods (in particular, but not limited to the following: pin code, unique activation code, prepaid card, etc.) may not be subject to prompt and unconditional return to the Seller due to the potential possibility of compromise of these types of Goods by the Buyer.

1.3. In the above cases, in order to prevent violation of the rights and interests of the Buyers, the funds received by the Seller from the sale of these types of Goods are blocked on the Seller's personal account without the possibility of their withdrawal by the Seller for a period of 3 to 14 days (taking into account the identification rating of the Seller).

1.4. The grounds for returning the Goods by the Buyer may be, in particular:

- inconsistency of the Goods with the information about them posted by the Seller on the Service;

- inoperability of the Goods;

- the presence of certain defects in the Goods that affect the possibility of its use in accordance with its purpose and description.

1.5. The Buyer shall, if the relevant grounds arise:

- The Buyer should contact the Administration of the Service directly at: help@deally.me with his/her data, account number and a description of the situation. It is allowed to attach various documents, photos, images, etc.

- The term of consideration of the Buyer's appeal by the Administration of the Service - within 14 days from the moment of its receipt.

- In case of a positive decision on the Buyer's appeal and if there are sufficient funds for refund on the Seller's personal account, the Service Administration will organize the refund to the Buyer within 3 working days from the moment of a positive decision on the Buyer's appeal. The refund period varies depending on the method of payment.

- In case of a negative decision on the Buyer's application or if there are insufficient funds for refund on the Seller's personal account, the Buyer has the right to apply to the payment service (credit organization, payment system, etc.) used by the Seller. In this case, the Administration of the Service guarantees that it will provide maximum support to such payment service in terms of providing information necessary to resolve the dispute.
